# Media & Assets

> **Note:** Character Studio supports rich media including AI-generated images, avatars, and future voice integration. Manage all your character's visual and audio assets in one place.

## Overview

Media features in Character Studio:

## Assets Tab

Access your character's media assets:

1. Open a character in Character Studio
2. Click the **Assets** tab
3. View and manage all media

## Media Types

### Images

* **Avatars** — Main character portrait
* **Generated Images** — AI-created artwork
* **Uploaded Images** — Your own artwork
* **Scene Images** — Background and context images

### Future Media

* **Voice Profiles** — Character voice settings
* **Audio Clips** — Voice samples
* **Video** — LiveAvatar integration

## Quick Actions

| Action         | How                                        |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Generate image | Click **Generate** in Assets or Image tool |
| Upload image   | Click **Upload** and select file           |
| Set as avatar  | Right-click image → **Set as Avatar**      |
| Download       | Right-click → **Download**                 |
| Delete         | Right-click → **Delete**                   |

## Storage

### Image Limits

| Tier       | Storage |
| ---------- | ------- |
| Free       | 100 MB  |
| Pro        | 1 GB    |
| Enterprise | 10 GB   |

### File Formats

Supported formats:

* JPG, JPEG
* PNG
* WEBP
* GIF

Size limits:

* Upload: 1 MB max (auto-compressed if larger)
* Generated: Varies by model

## Best Practices

1. **Use consistent style** — Keep character images visually cohesive
2. **Organize collections** — Group related images together
3. **Optimize sizes** — Compress large images to save storage
4. **Back up important art** — Download originals locally
