### How does pricing work for paid usage, and what's the minimum top-up?

Pay-as-you-go. Billed per token (input/output) at competitive rates. Minimum top-up: $10 via card or deposit. Higher tiers offer GPU discounts and free credits. No hidden fees, track everything in "Usage & Billing".

### What are the rate limits for each tier?

### What are the fees for adding a payment card?

MegaNova AI doesn't charge anything when you add your payment card, only needs a very small around $0.01 for verification which will be charged by Stripe.

### Are there any hidden fees for API usage?

No—billed only per token used (input/output) at transparent rates. Free tier has no fees; paid tiers include only what you consume. Check "Usage & Billing" for breakdowns; no setup or inactivity charges.

### Why do you offer $1 first-time deposits?

We believe everyone deserves the chance to experience MeganovaAI without financial burden. The $1 first-time deposit exists purely as a tryout — a low-barrier way for new users to explore the platform and see the value for themselves.

To be clear: we make zero profit on these $1 deposits. After payment processing fees and platform costs, we actually absorb the difference. This is a cost we choose to cover because we believe in our product and want people to experience it firsthand.

### Why is there a $5 minimum after the first deposit?

The $5 minimum for subsequent purchases exists for one reason: to prevent system abuse and ensure the $1 tryout opportunity remains available for genuine first-time users. Repeated $1 transactions generate disproportionate processing fees that are unsustainable, and keeping this door open indefinitely invites exploitation that ultimately hurts the community.
