### Is my data safe when using MegaNova?

Yes. MegaNova does not store user prompts or outputs beyond temporary processing. Your API traffic is encrypted end-to-end.

### Does MegaNova comply with data privacy regulations like GDPR?

Yes, with datacenter-grade security, encrypted API traffic, and no long-term storage of prompts/outputs (temporary processing only). Compliant with GDPR/CCPA; Enterprise adds custom regions and audits. Your content stays private — review policy in dashboard.

### How do I contact support, and what's the response time?

Reach out 24/7 via email (`contact@meganova.ai`), Discord community, or dashboard ticket. Engineer: Basic response (24-48h). Include logs/error details for quick troubleshooting.

### How can I delete my account?

Log in to MegaNova and click Account, you can see the Delete Account button at the end. Note that unused credits will be lost and cannot be reclaimed if you delete and later recreate your account.
